Challenge
The dashboard worked in broad strokes, but important admin tasks were affected by rough states, unclear errors, and layout issues.
Solution
We reviewed the main workflows, wrote defects in a fix-ready format, repaired the highest-risk issues, and validated the changes against the original flows.
Outcome
The dashboard has clearer states, fewer release blockers, and a documented QA trail for the remaining product decisions.
